Qualifikationen

• Combination of Experience and Education can meet requirements.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image.

• Deliver a welcoming and professional experience for all customers by addressing needs promptly and courteously.
• Assist customers with routine inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and services, ensuring a positive banking experience.
• Identify opportunities to educate customers on bank products and services, referring them to other team members when necessary.
• Resolve basic customer concerns and elevate complex issues to appropriate branch personnel.
• Accurately process customer transactions, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
