Job summary

Bank of Hope in Kailua, Hawaii is seeking a Bank Teller to provide efficient, accurate service and assist customers with their banking needs. You will report to the Branch Manager and help ensure smooth daily transactions while upholding policies and security.

Responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments; maintaining a balanced cash drawer; cross-selling products; and escalating complex issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to project a professional image.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service is a plus.
• Korean language ability preferred.
