Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
• Act as a role model for team members with professionalism and customer-first attitude.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues; work with other departments to resolve them.
• Educate customers about bank products and cross-sell or upsell based on their needs.
• Mentor and train tellers on customer service standards, cash-handling accuracy, and procedures.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Support tellers during peak hours and resolve discrepancies.
• Balance cash drawer and monitor cash levels during shifts.
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships by cross-selling or upselling products.
