Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
• Korean language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Educate customers about bank products and services, identifying cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
• Mentor and train tellers on customer service standards, cash-handling accuracy, and operational procedures.
• Balance personal cash drawer and monitor cash levels during shifts to support branch cash handling accuracy.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and Operations Manager to achieve branch goals and maintain a positive team culture.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer issues, coordinating with other departments to resolve them.
