Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Lead Teller in Akron, OH to act as a resource for complex client needs, coach tellers, and enhance the branch's service quality. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of client relationship skills and cash handling experience.
• Able to lead and motivate a teller team and manage branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller functions, coach tellers, and ensure accurate transactions in-branch.
• Manage teller scheduling, staffing, and branch operational standards.
• Identify complex client servicing issues and transition to a Banker when needed.
• Promote bank products and services and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.
