Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Lead Teller in Lebanon, OR to serve as a trusted advisor in client servicing, resolving complex issues, and coaching tellers for optimal client experiences. You will manage teller operations, balance cash, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding clients toward deeper financial wellness conversations with a Banker.

You will also support scheduling, training, onboarding of tellers, and promote bank products to achieve sales targets in a busy branch.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable client relationship skills and strong integrity.
• Familiarity with bank products, services, and channels.
• Experience handling cash and teller operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service and coaching to tellers.
• Identify complex service needs and resolve issues.
• Transition clients to bankers for financial wellness discussions.
• Support scheduling, training, and onboarding of tellers.
• Promote bank products and services and hit sales targets.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and policies.
• Balance cash drawers and ensure accurate processing.
• Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Perform duties in a branch environment, including Saturdays.
• Uphold KeyBank policies and professional conduct.
