Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of teller experience or equivalent cash handling experience.
• 1 year of retail banking experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of teller functions including staffing, audits, and evaluations.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service to customers and prospects.
• Operate teller drawer and research cash discrepancies, handling complex transactions.
• Identify root causes of customer issues and implement resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and promotions and meet sales/service goals.
