Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) – the parent to Community Bank, N.A. – is seeking a Senior Teller to lead teller and transaction operations within the branch.

The role provides daily guidance, coaching, and support to frontline staff to ensure accurate cash handling, superior service, and compliance with bank policies. The Senior Teller serves as a subject-matter expert, oversees cash operations, and partners with branch leadership to meet goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with branch customers.
• Coach and guide frontline staff on procedures, service expectations, and operational standards.
• Lead cash operations, vault management, and fraud prevention within branch controls.
• Assist with account opening, maintenance, and service requests as needed.
• Support branch staffing, travel to nearby locations, and participation in training.
• Ensure compliance with policies, security protocols, and risk controls.
