Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Senior Teller to lead teller and transaction operations at the branch. You will guide frontline staff, ensure accurate cash handling, and uphold bank policies while delivering high-quality service.

You will train and coach staff, manage vault operations, and assist with branch support functions. The role requires strong customer relations, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory standards; travel to training locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of bank products, services, and operational procedures.
• Reliable transportation.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller and frontline staff to ensure accurate, efficient customer service.
• Oversee cash operations, vault management, and transactional controls.
• Coach staff on procedures, security, and customer engagement to meet branch goals.
• Assist with account opening, service requests, and regulatory/compliance tasks.
• Participate in audits, training, and branch meetings; support travel as needed.
