Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Teller to lead teller and transaction operations, coaching front-line staff to deliver high-quality service and ensure operational accuracy within branch guidelines.

You will oversee cash operations, vault management, and fraud prevention while maintaining strict adherence to bank policies. Travel to training locations and support branch initiatives are required to develop staff and improve processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years of teller experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller operations and coach frontline staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Oversee cash operations, vault management, and fraud prevention.
• Maintain adherence to bank policies, controls and security protocols.
• Support branch and staff through training and travel to training locations as required.
• Assist with account opening, maintenance, and customer support as needed.
