Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Senior Teller to lead teller and transaction operations at the branch, providing daily guidance and coaching to frontline staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to bank policies.

You will oversee cash operations, vault management, and internal controls, making decisions on non-standard issues within authority, while training new employees and supporting branch goals through active participation in meetings and process

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of bank products, services, and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on branch needs.
• Minimum three (3) years of teller experience normally required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service and relationship building.
• Balance branch cash and reconcile discrepancies.
• Oversee cash operations and vault management.
