Job summary

North Shore Bank is seeking a Branch Supervisor to coordinate the fixed activities of the branch, supervise tellers, and support sales efforts. The role supports and demonstrates customer service standards while acting in a supervisory capacity when the Branch Manager is absent.

In addition to coordinating operations, you will identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure branch staff adhere to policies, procedures and security requirements daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year bank-related operational support experience preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities and details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fixed activities of the branch with the Branch Manager.
• Provide professional, courteous service and handle teller functions.
• Direct customers to appropriate staff for complex inquiries and problems.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on operating procedures and security.
