Job summary

North Shore Bank in Milwaukee is seeking a Branch Supervisor to coordinate fixed branch activities, perform essential office duties, and uphold customer service standards. You will act as supervisor in the Branch Manager's absence and support tellers in daily operations.

You will identify cross-sell opportunities, assist with staff scheduling, and mentor branch personnel while ensuring policy compliance and secure operations. Prior teller or operational experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year bank-related operational support experience.
• Requires demonstrated customer service abilities.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of financial concepts.
• Previous Teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the fixed operations of the branch and assist in daily administrative duties.
• Provide guidance and training to branch personnel; ensure adherence to procedures and security policies.
• Serve customers professionally; handle teller functions and direct complex inquiries to the manager.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate products and services.
• Lead scheduling and staff oversight in the absence of the Branch Manager; may act as Area Lead Teller.
