• High school diploma or equivalent and one year bank-related operational support experience.
• Demonstrated customer service abilities.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of financial concepts.
• Previous Teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Branch Manager to disseminate operational changes to staff.
• Serve customers in a professional, courteous manner through teller functions and adhere to customer service standards.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to appropriate bank products and services.
• Direct customers to proper staff for complex problems and inquiries.
• Ensure standard operating and security procedures are followed; train branch personnel on issues and adjustments.
• Open and close the branch and manage staff scheduling.
• Provide performance feedback to the Branch Manager and support sales goals.
