Responsibilities

• Coordinate fixed activities of the Branch and perform office and administrative duties.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Provide customer service in a professional, courteous manner and adhere to service standards.
• Supervise staff in the absence of the Branch Manager; assist with scheduling and training.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and meet branch referral goals.
