Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year bank-related operational support experience.
• Demonstrated customer service abilities.
• Must have knowledge of financial concepts.
• Previous Teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational changes with branch personnel.
• Provide professional teller service and uphold customer service standards.
• Answer customer questions and direct complex inquiries to the manager.
• Ensure procedures and security policies are followed and train staff as needed.
• Open and close the branch; manage staff scheduling.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and support monthly sales plans.
