Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Disseminates all operational changes to branch staff with management guidance.
• Greet and assist customers; perform teller functions professionally and efficiently.
• Direct customers to appropriate staff for complex questions and inquiries.
• Researches and resolves non-routine inquiries and refers difficult issues to the manager.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and security policies; coach staff as needed.
• Open and close the branch and manage staff scheduling within policies.
• Provide performance feedback to the branch manager and support cross-selling of bank products.
