Job summary

You will identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and appropriately transition clients to a Banker for deeper guidance, while promoting bank products and services to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of cash handling experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PCs and calculators.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.
• Notary License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture in person with clients and teammates.
• Assumes responsibility for teller functions and coaches others in a branch.
• Identifies and resolves complex client servicing issues.
• Transits clients to bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations.
• Supports onboarding and training of new tellers.
• Balances cash drawer and ensures regulatory compliance.
