Qualifications

• Ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and resolve client servicing issues.
• Lead teller functions and coach other tellers in an in-person branch.
• Identify financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker.
• Oversee teller scheduling and branch operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.
