Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, compliance, and helping clients meet their financial goals using bank tools. Prior experience in cash handling and client relationships is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years demonstrated client relationship skills.
• 3+ years cash handling experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PCs and calculator.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service at the branch.
• Coach and oversee tellers in daily functions and scheduling.
• Identify complex client needs and refer to bankers as appropriate.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals with wellness tools.
• Remain compliant with regulatory and security procedures.
• Support onboarding and training of new tellers.
