Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required)
• 3 years' experience in superior client relationship skills (required)
• 3 years' experience in cash handling (required)
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator (required)
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork (required)
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks (required)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experience in an in-person branch.
• Coach and supervise tellers to ensure efficient operations.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Identify financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker.
• Observe and coach tellers to improve client experience and operations.
• Oversee scheduling and branch staffing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.
• Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.
• Support onboarding and training of new tellers.
• Complete duties with professionalism and integrity.
