TSMG Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Teleoperations Lead to oversee robotics operations teams supporting AI training, robotic testing, and deployment programs.

In this role, you will coordinate teleoperators, ensure operational excellence, maintain safety standards, and serve as the primary point of contact between field operations, engineering teams, and client stakeholders across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teleoperation or robotics operations teams.
• Proven ability to manage multi-shift operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and decisive problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teleoperation teams across multiple shifts.
• Coordinate robot operations and deployment schedules.
• Monitor operational KPIs and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Escalate technical issues and coordinate resolution.
• Train and mentor new teleoperators.
• Support customer-facing robotics deployments.
• Produce operational reports and performance summaries.
