Job summary

TSMG Holding in Cambridge, MA seeks an experienced Senior Teleoperations Lead to oversee robotics operations teams supporting AI training, robotic testing, and deployment programs. You will coordinate teleoperators, manage schedules, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor staff across shifts. You will serve as the primary liaison between field operations, engineering, and client stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience in teleoperations, robotics operations, AV operations, drone operations, fleet management, or control‑room environments.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teleoperation teams across multiple shifts
• Coordinate robot operations and deployment schedules
• Monitor operational KPIs and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Escalate technical issues and coordinate resolution
• Train and mentor new teleoperators
• Support customer‑facing robotics deployments
• Produce operational reports and performance summaries
