Job summary

ActioNet, Inc. seeks a high‑performing Project Manager with 7+ years leading IT, procurement, logistics, and network infrastructure projects, preferably with wireless network experience.

The role guides a Telecommunications Utility and Grid initiative for Navy installation telecoms in the Pacific Northwest. This leadership position blends OSP/premise cabling modernization with governance, sustainment operations, and deployment of a Government-controlled Operational Digital Twin (ODT).

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex DoD or Federal programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing OSP and premise cabling telecommunications infrastructure.
• Experience supporting U.S. Navy or large installation environments preferred.
• Highly articulate; able to discuss technical milestones with engineers and pivot to CAPEX/OPEX for executives.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic networks, structured cabling, ducts, manholes, and copper transition strategies.
• Experience leading sustainment-focused infrastructure programs.
• Familiarity with governance and RACI accountability models.
• Experience integrating cybersecurity and RMF requirements.
• Active Secret clearance required; TS eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sustainment & Operations Oversight across OSP, cabling, and infrastructure.
• Masters-level tracking and mitigation of long-lead infrastructure risks.
• Oversee stabilization and sustainment of OSP and premise cabling fiber and copper.
• Own service availability, MTTR, and operational readiness metrics.
• Coordinate field execution teams, splicing crews, testing personnel, and partners.
• Ensure fleet, machinery, and workforce readiness for OSP activities.
