Job summary

ActioNet, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Project Manager with 7+ years of leading IT, procurement, logistics, and network infrastructure projects, including experience with OSP and premise cabling. This leadership role focuses on a Telecommunications Grid initiative for U.S.

Navy installations, integrating governance, sustainment operations, and digital twin deployment. The ideal candidate demonstrates executive presence, organizational skills, and the ability to translate engineering

Qualifications

7+ years leading DoD or Federal programs.
Experience managing OSP and premise cabling telecom infrastructure.
Experience supporting U.S. Navy or large installation environments preferred.
Able to present milestones to C-suite and adapt tone accordingly.
Active Secret clearance required; TS eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

Sustainment & Operations Oversight across OSP and premise cabling.
Oversee long-lead infrastructure risks (permits, hardware, fiber pathways).
Coordinate field teams, splicing crews, testing personnel and partner performance.
Own service availability, MTTR, and operational readiness metrics.
Align ODT deployment with enterprise systems (GIS, MAXIMO, Help Desk, TMS).
