ActioNet, Inc. seeks a Project Manager with 7+ years of managing DoD/federal programs, focusing on telecommunications infrastructure modernization for Navy installation environments.

The role coordinates OSP and premise cabling upgrades, governance alignment, sustainment operations, and digital twin deployment, ensuring executive alignment and a vendor-agnostic approach to system integration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex DoD or Federal programs.
• Experience managing OSP and premise cabling telecommunications infrastructure.
• Experience supporting U.S. Navy or large installation environments preferred.
• Articulate and able to pivot to CAPEX/OPEX discussions for the C-suite.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic networks and structured cabling.
• Experience leading sustainment-focused infrastructure programs.
• Active Secret clearance required; TS eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sustainment & Operations Oversight
• Oversee stabilization and sustainment of OSP and premise cabling fiber and copper infrastructure.
• Own service availability, MTTR, and operational readiness metrics.
• Coordinate field execution teams, splicing crews, testing personnel, and partners.
• Ensure fleet, machinery, and workforce readiness for OSP activities.
• Integrate telecom infrastructure with facility systems (power, grounding, HVAC).
• Drive resilience strategy including backup communications nodes and power continuity.
• Oversee deployment of a Telecommunications Grid Operational Digital Twin (ODT).
• Align ODT with GIS, MAXIMO, Help Desk, and TMS systems.
• Lead coordination with teaming partners and subcontractors; ensure compliance with regulations.
