Job summary

ActioNet, Inc. seeks a Project Manager with 7+ years of DoD/federal program leadership to drive telecom infrastructure initiatives for Navy installations in the Pacific Northwest.

Role emphasizes OSP/premise cabling, governance, sustainment, and integration with enterprise systems and cyber RMF controls. The position requires clear executive communication, strong organization, and experience translating technical milestones for C-suite audiences, with a focus on mission-critical infrastructure

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex DoD or Federal programs.
• Experience managing OSP and premise cabling infrastructure.
• Experience supporting U.S. Navy or large installation environments preferred.
• Active Secret clearance required; TS eligibility preferred.
• Familiarity with governance and RMF/ accountability models.
• Experience integrating cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sustainment and operations oversight of OSP and cabling.
• Oversee long-lead infrastructure risks and project tracking.
• Coordinate field teams, splicing crews, testing personnel and partner performance.
• Integrate telecom with facility systems and drive power resilience.
• Oversee deployment of the Telecommunications Grid Operational Digital Twin (ODT).
• Ensure vendor-agnostic integration and alignment with GIS, MAXIMO, Help Desk and TMS.
