Job summary

ActioNet seeks a Project Manager with 7+ years of experience leading IT, procurement, logistics, and network infrastructure projects, including OSP/cabling. The role steers a Telecommunications Grid initiative for Navy installation infrastructure, requiring executive presence and strong organization.

The ideal candidate will integrate governance, cyber RMF, and field execution while coordinating with Navy leadership, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex DoD or Federal programs.
• Experience managing OSP and premise cabling telecommunications infrastructure.
• Experience supporting U.S. Navy or large installation environments preferred.
• Familiarity with governance and RACI-based accountability models.
• Experience integrating cybersecurity and RMF requirements.
• Active Secret clearance required; TS eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sustainment & Operations Oversight of OSP and cabling infrastructure.
• Oversee field teams, splicing crews, testing personnel, and partner performance.
• Drive integration of telecom with facility systems (power, grounding, HVAC).
• Oversee deployment of a Telecommunications Grid Operational Digital Twin (ODT).
• Align ODT with GIS, MAXIMO, Help Desk, and TMS.
• Coordinate with Navy leadership and subcontractors; ensure regulatory compliance.
