• Ability to brief engineers and C-suite, adapting tone to audience.

Responsibilities

• Sustainment & Operations Oversight of telecom infra.
• Oversee OSP and premise cabling stabilization and sustainment.
• Own service availability, MTTR, and readiness metrics.
• Coordinate field teams and vendor performance.
• Align ODT with GIS, MAXIMO, Help Desk, TMS.
