Job summary

ActioNet, Inc. seeks a Project Manager with 7+ years of leadership in IT, procurement, logistics, and network infrastructure projects. Wireless network experience is preferred.

The PM will guide a Telecommunications Utility and Grid initiative supporting U.S. Navy installation telecommunications infrastructure. This role focuses on outside plant and premise cabling modernization, governance alignment, sustainment operations, and deployment of a Government-controlled Operational Digital Twin

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex DoD or Federal programs.
• Experience overseeing OSP and premise cabling telecommunications infrastructure.
• Experience supporting U.S. Navy or large installation environments preferred.
• Ability to dive into technical milestones with engineering teams and pivot to CAPEX/OPEX discussions for executives.

Responsibilities

• Sustainment & Operations Oversight of telecom infrastructure.
• Oversee outside plant and premise cabling infrastructure stability and readiness.
• Own service availability, MTTR, and operational readiness metrics.
• Coordinate field execution teams and partner performance.
• Integrate power, grounding, HVAC, and resilience strategies.
• Deploy and align Digital Twin and vendor-agnostic integrations.
• Coordinate with Navy leadership, installation stakeholders, and contractors.
