ActioNet, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Project Manager with 7+ years of experience leading IT, procurement, logistics, and network infrastructure projects, including wireless network experience preferred.

The role centers on a Telecommunications Utility and Navy installation telecommunications infrastructure initiative. You will oversee outside plant, governance, sustainment operations, and deployment of a Digital Twin, coordinating with Navy leadership and industry partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex DoD or Federal programs.
• Experience with OSP and premise cabling telecommunications infrastructure.
• Active Secret clearance required; TS eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sustainment & Operations Oversight
• Oversee stabilization and sustainment of outside plant (OSP) and premise cabling fiber and copper infrastructure.
• Own service availability, MTTR, and operational readiness metrics.
• Coordinate field execution teams, splicing crews, testing personnel, and partner performance.
• Ensure fleet, machinery, and workforce readiness for OSP activities.
• Integrate telecommunications with facility systems (power, grounding, HVAC, generators) and drive resilience.
• Oversee deployment of a Telecommunications Grid Operational Digital Twin (ODT).
• Align ODT with enterprise systems (GIS, MAXIMO, Help Desk, TMS).
• Lead coordination with teaming partners and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with acquisition regulations and conflict-of-interest requirements.
