Job summary

ActioNet has an immediate opening for a high-performing Project Manager with 7+ years of experience leading IT, procurement, logistics, and network infrastructure projects—wireless network experience is preferred. The Project Manager will lead senior-level execution and scaling of a Telecommunications Utility and Grid initiative supporting U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading IT, procurement, logistics, and network infrastructure projects.
• Wireless network experience preferred.
• Executive presence and highly organized, able to translate business to technical language.

Responsibilities

• Sustainment & Operations oversight for critical infrastructure programs.
• Oversee outside plant (OSP) and premise cabling infrastructure modernization.
• Own service availability, MTTR, and operational readiness metrics.
• Coordinate field teams, splicing crews, testing personnel, and partners.
• Integrate telecom with facility systems (power, grounding, HVAC).
• Deploy and align the Telecommunications Grid Operational Digital Twin (ODT) with enterprise systems.
