Job summary

Alepo is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Engineering Solutions Architect to lead technical discovery, architect complex telecom solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients in the United States. You will guide technical evaluations, craft compelling proposals, and coordinate with product teams to align roadmaps while supporting nationwide sales efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Sales Engineering/Solutions Architecture experience in the telecommunications industry
• 15+ years of overall telecommunications industry experience
• Deep technical knowledge of BSS, AAA, 4G/5G Core Network Architecture, WiFi Monetization Solutions, Cloud-native architectures and microservices
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex telecommunications solutions at enterprise scale
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with solution sizing, capacity planning, and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of telecommunications industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies
• Experience with Gen AI solutions is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with potential clients, translating requirements into solution architectures
• Develop and present complex technical solutions including BSS, AAA, mobile core networks, and wireless monetization to C-level and technical decision-makers
• Create detailed technical proposals, ROI analyses, and solution documentation for the sales team
• Lead bid responses and RFI/RFP/RFQ management with technical accuracy and competitive positioning
• Drive bid strategy with pricing teams to craft winning commercial proposals
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and influence product roadmap
• Drive proof-of-concept implementations and technical demonstrations aligned with customer success criteria
• Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure smooth handoff and delivery of proposed solutions
