Responsibilities include maintaining logs and trackers in Excel, generating WIP reports, and supporting earned value metrics. Travel up to 15% is expected, with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project coordination or controls (telecom preferred).
• Familiar with U.S. telecom providers and their protocols.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all telecom maintenance and construction project phases.
• Maintain project logs, CRM, and Excel trackers with real-time status.
• Lead weekly update calls with internal teams and clients.
• Generate daily WIP reports and training summaries.
• Support project cost tracking including labor, materials, and subs.
• Assist in cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics.
• Use Excel and Power BI to produce performance and status reports.
• Support change management and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
• Collaborate with field managers for job readiness and timely completion.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
