The MIL Corporation is seeking a Telecommunications Infrastructure Technician III to support ISP cabling installations for a federal government client. The role is based on-site with a demanding 4x12 schedule and extensive travel to Hawaii.

Qualified candidates will have 6+ years of ISP/OSP experience, strong inspection and communication skills, and the ability to lead a small crew. The position requires HS/GED and a Secret clearance, with potential near Lexington Park, MD but travel-heavy to

• 6+ years' ISP and/or OSP cabling experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering packages and requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a small team of technicians and coordinate with PMs/Engineers.
• Ability to work in inside and outside cable plants and physically maneuver materials.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Telecommunications Technician I and II, providing direction and hands-on support.
• Interpret engineering packages and coordinate materials, tools, and crews.
• Interface with customers, attend project meetings, and submit status reports.
• Perform ISP installation, demolition, and updates with installation crews.
• Assist with pre-installation testing of materials.
• Work in confined spaces and maintain safety standards.
• Ensure quality of effort and safety for personnel.
• Maintain proficiency with copper systems.
