Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years BIM-related experience in construction or related field.
• Proficiency with BIM software and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides BIM models and documents necessary to complete project scope per VDC leadership.
• Assembles 3D content modeled by others and creates models for missing content.
• Learns and maintains productive BIM processes.
• Maintains clear project documentation (agendas, minutes, logs).
• Supports RFI process for BIM items and coordinates with teams.
• Maintains relationships with subcontractors and project teams.
• Applies VDC standards to projects and interprets contract documents.
• Reads drawings and BIM requirements and applies them to workflows.
• Incorporates design updates into project models.
• Analyzes for errors/omissions and makes corrections.
• Supports self-perform VDC processes and field layout.
