JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Virtual Design Construction Specialist to provide BIM administration and coordination on projects. You will deliver models and documents, support BIM technical aspects, and coordinate with project teams to align with VDC processes.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in a construction-related field and 2+ years BIM experience. Travel and non-traditional hours may be required. You will join JE Dunn’s VDC leadership in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of construction or BIM-related experience is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds; willingness to work non-traditional hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provides models and documents to complete project scope per VDC leadership and teams.
• Assembles 3D content and models missing elements.
• Maintains productive VDC processes and project documentation (agendas, minutes, constraint logs).
• Supports RFI process for BIM items and coordinates with subcontractors and teams.
• Learns and applies JE Dunn VDC standards to projects; reads construction docs and BIM requirements.
• Analyzes models for errors, performs corrections, and supports self-perform VDC layout.
