Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Senior Virtual Design Construction Specialist to provide routine BIM administration and coordination on assigned projects, delivering models and documents and supporting BIM technical needs. The role includes assembling 3D content, supporting RFI processes, and maintaining efficient BIM workflows across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field; alternative experience considered.
• 2+ years BIM-related experience required.
• 2+ years construction experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Provides BIM models and documents necessary to complete scope.
• Assembles 3D content and coordinates content not provided.
• Learns and maintains a productive BIM process.
• Creates and maintains project documentation (agendas, minutes, constraint logs).
• Supports BIM-related RFIs and clash workflows.
• Maintains relationships with subcontractors and project teams.
• Applies VDC processes and standards on assigned projects.
• Reads construction documents and applies BIM requirements to VDC.
• Analyzes documents/models for errors and makes corrections.
• Supports self-perform VDC layout and related activities.
