Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Houston, TX, seeks a Senior Virtual Design Construction Specialist to provide BIM administration and coordination on assigned projects, delivering models and documents and supporting RFI processes.

You will assemble 3D content, maintain BIM standards, train project teams, and collaborate with VDC leadership to ensure model updates align with project requirements and construction documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years construction or related experience is required.
• 2+ years BIM-related experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes and software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides BIM technical support to project teams.
• Independently conducts and maintains a productive VDC process.
• Communicates BIM constraints to minimize project impacts.
• Gains exposure to cross-functional workflows and processes.
• Provides training to project teams on BIM tools.
• Ensures alignment of owner requirements and BIM execution plans.
