Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior VDC Specialist to provide BIM administration and coordination across assigned projects. You will assemble 3D content, support BIM workflows, and collaborate with project teams to meet BIM requirements.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years BIM experience, a construction-related degree, and strong knowledge of Autodesk tools. The role involves coordination with subcontractors and potentially travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field required.
• 2+ years construction or related experience required.
• 2+ years BIM-related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides BIM models and documents to complete scope as determined with VDC/BIM leadership and project teams.
• Assembles 3D content modeled by others and models missing content.
• Learns and maintains an efficient BIM process.
• Maintains clear project documentation (agendas, minutes, constraint logs).
• Supports RFI process for BIM-related items.
• Maintains relationships with subcontractors and project teams.
• Learns VDC processes and applies them to projects.
• Reads and applies BIM requirements to VDC processes.
• Provides models and documents to meet scope as directed by VDC leadership.
• Incorporates design updates into project models.
