Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Virtual Design Construction Specialist to provide BIM administration and coordination on assigned projects. You will assemble 3D content, support BIM processes, and collaborate with VDC leadership and project teams to deliver accurate models and documents.

The role requires 2+ years BIM experience and a Bachelor’s degree; travel and non-traditional hours may be required. Strong communication and tools proficiency are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides models and documents for scope with VDC leadership and project teams.
• Assembles 3D content modeled by others and models any content not provided.
• Learns and maintains a productive and efficient BIM process.
• Creates and maintains project documentation, such as meeting agendas, minutes, and constraint logs.
• Supports RFI process for BIM related items.
• Maintains working relationships with subcontractors and project teams.
• Applies VDC processes and standards to assigned projects.
• Reads and analyzes construction documents and BIM requirements.
• Provides models and documents to complete scope as directed by leadership.
• Incorporates design updates into project models.
• Analyzes documents/models for errors/omissions and makes corrections.
• Supports self-perform model management and layout.
