Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks an Associate Project Manager, Technologies for a national travel-based role. The position coordinates field staff and assists project managers to oversee construction processes, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, cost control, safety and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent, with 0–1 year in construction or project management, and solid understanding of contracts, plans and specifications. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in project management or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of construction/project management experience; familiarity with computerized estimating systems preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, costing, scheduling, estimating, and safety standards.
• Project management training, experience, and skills; understanding of the project life cycle.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand contracts, plans, drawings, blueprints, and specifications; strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to understand project scope and milestones; prepare drawings and sketches, change orders, estimates, RFIs, and cost codes.
• Assist project managers with budget tracking, customer billing, labor estimates, scheduling, job cost reviews, purchase orders, and status reports.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities, interpretation of design, takeoffs, and value engineering functions.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and document progress with weekly photographs.
