Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking an Associate Project Manager for a national construction program with potential relocations to project sites. You will assist the Project Manager, support design and construction efforts, and help manage staffing and procurement for a large, complex project.

The role requires travel to project sites, collaboration with General Contractors, Subcontractors, and field leaders, and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0-1 year of construction and/or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project lifecycle understanding.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel/relocate.
• Experience with Accubid a plus.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in total construction and design effort to ensure project aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external project members including GCs, subs, superintendents, and foremen.
• Assist Project Manager with staffing decisions and approvals.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in project estimates.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change orders.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
