Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal Technology Partner Executive to manage and grow OEM and resale partnerships within the Human Capital Management and Workforce Management markets. You’ll lead collaboration with product teams and partners to shape offerings that extend UKG’s HCM, WFM, and HRSD products.

You’ll drive cross-functional initiatives across global teams—from requirements to launch—ensuring partner solutions align with UKG strategy and deliver customer value, while navigating complex business,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise SaaS business experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines while prioritizing critical partner milestones.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commitment to making decisions that benefit UKG and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with OEM and resale partners, aligning partnership plans, business objectives, responsibilities, and measures of success.
• Work with executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to develop and launch partner offerings aligned with UKG’s priorities.
• Help shape and execute global product, partnership, and go-to-market strategies for OEM and resale solutions.
• Coordinate the partner solution lifecycle, including requirements, integration design, product readiness, launch, and ongoing performance.
• Proactively resolve business, technical, commercial, and sales channel issues; serve as an internal advocate for partners and a partner advocate for UKG.
• Define partnership requirements and evaluate performance using qualitative and quantitative measures; gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve partner processes and results.
• Coordinate joint sales activities and help develop new business opportunities with key partners.
• Stay current on global industry developments and HCM and WFM trends to inform partnership strategy.
