Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams, delivering consulting services across life insurance, group benefits and retirement. You will help reimagine and modernize processes within the BTG practice, gaining exposure to digital tools and end-to-end value chains.

You will lead platform solutions, coordinate onshore/offshore delivery, and mentor junior staff while aligning with architecture, security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years in Life, annuity, or Group benefits.
• Experience delivering on PAS platforms (FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, etc.).
• Knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain (config, underwriting, policy admin, claims).
• PM/leadership experience with onshore/offshore delivery.
• Familiar with APIs, middleware, and data migration.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel; strong communication.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned to objectives and architecture.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration and implementation with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise standards.
• Monitor program health and mitigate risks; drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and recommendations.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release management, and DevOps.
• Mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence.
