Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Life, Annuity, or Group benefits is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional delivery and manage client expectations.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel; familiar with Agile/Scrum/SAFe.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligning with objectives and standards.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across teams.
• Coordinate configuration, integration, and implementation activities.
• Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and regulatory needs.
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and insights.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release management, and DevOps.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement.
