Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience across Life, annuity, and group benefits lines.
• Familiarity with policy administration platforms (PAS).
• Strong knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain: product config, underwriting, policy admin, servicing, claims.
• Experience in on-shore/off-shshore delivery with vendors.
• Familiarity with APIs, middleware, data migration.
• Excellent business, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; agile experience (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned to objectives and standards.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation activities.
• Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and regulatory needs.
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and insights.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release management, and DevOps.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement.
