Qualifications

• Ideally 12+ years IT experience in architecture/leadership roles in DME or healthcare.
• Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise platforms and complex integrations.
• Healthcare/DME industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in cloud-native and hybrid architectures using API-led connectivity.
• Strong data architecture, security, and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and enterprise integration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee integrations across multiple domains (DME, Pharmacy, CRM, ERP).
• Design API-first integration strategies and event-driven patterns.
• Develop end-to-end architectures for customer onboarding, orders, billing, and service.
• Collaborate with enterprise integration teams to establish reusable services and data standards.
• Define resiliency, performance, monitoring, and disaster recovery requirements.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
