You will partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and Delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in software engineering leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise apps, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery across multiple workstreams with security and reliability.
• Define architecture, standards, and best practices; mentor teams.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and drive architecture reviews.
• Lead DevSecOps initiatives, CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, and observability.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Vendor teams on secure solutions.
