Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Principal, Technology Architect for Application Development & Maintenance to lead integrations across DME, Pharmacy, CRM, ERP, and billing. You will define API-first strategies and drive scalable, secure platform architectures while collaborating with cybersecurity and enterprise teams.

The role is fully remote nationwide, with responsibilities spanning customer lifecycle, onboarding, order fulfillment, and ongoing engagement, ensuring alignment with enterprise

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience in architecture roles.
• Experience architecting large-scale, enterprise platforms and integrations.
• Healthcare/DME experience preferred.
• Experience with cloud-native and hybrid architectures.
• Strong data security and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Hands-on with Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee integrations across DME, Pharmacy, CRM, ERP, billing, and analytics.
• Define API-first integration strategies and event-driven patterns.
• Develop end-to-end solution architectures supporting customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and enterprise architecture teams.
• Ensure platform resiliency, performance, and DR.
